Project management of injection moulds:

• the possibility of a comprehensive implementation of the injection mold (design + execution in friendly tool shops + weekly progress reports),

• 3D (Parasolid or STEP) and 2D (DWG or DXF and PDF) files for each mould project,

• compliance with the clients standards.

Additional Services:

• design of plastic articles (design + 3D model + 2D drawing),

• analysis of the technological features of plastic articles,

• applying corrections to plastic articles (in order to improve the technological efficiency),

• creating 3D models based on the MESH,

• repair of 3D models (MESH, surface models),

• EDM electrode design.

Mould design

• two component (2k),

• overmoulding,

• for the automotive, medical and electrical industries,

• tandem,

• with extensive kinematics of operation (hydraulics, pneumatics, multi-stroke ejection),

and changes design in  existing tools.
